Join us outside. Everything else can wait.

You don’t need to be an expert hiker, a yogi, or “good at this” to belong here. Come alone or bring a friend and experience connection without pressure.

Intentional movement and connection, close to home.

1. Find what fits

Choose a local experience that meets you where you are — whether you’re craving gentle movement, fresh air, or simply time outside with good people.

2. Arrive feeling ready

You’ll get all the details ahead of time, so you know exactly what to expect, what to bring, and how to prepare — no guesswork, no pressure.

3. Step outside + settle in

Come as you are. We’ll move, breathe, and spend time outdoors together in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and easy to enjoy.

You might still be wondering

  • Not at all. These events are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. You’ll receive all the details ahead of time, including a required waiver to complete before arriving.

  • Each event has its own cancellation and refund policy, which is shared before registration. Please review the details for each event so you know what to expect.

  • Absolutely — and many people do. Coming solo is not only welcome, it’s encouraged. This community is built to feel easy, inclusive, and supportive from the moment you arrive.

  • Yes — local events take place in and around the Seattle area.

  • Most events are women-only, designed to create a safe, supportive space where women can slow down, connect, and be fully present. Occasionally, I may host social workshops or special experiences open to all, which will always be clearly noted. Focusing on women allows for trust, authentic connection, and a space where everyone feels comfortable exploring, moving, and being themselves.

  • Events are planned with safety and comfort in mind. If weather requires changes or cancellations, you’ll be notified with plenty of notice.

  • No. Movement is part of the experience, but there’s no pressure to perform, keep up, or push past your limits. This is about feeling good, not proving anything.

  • Some events are free, while others have a cost depending on the experience. Pricing is always shared clearly upfront, so you can decide what feels right for you.

  • Group sizes vary by event, but they’re intentionally kept small. This allows for meaningful connection, a supportive atmosphere, and experiences that feel personal — not transactional.
