Roam with May grew from my belief that presence matters more than performance — and that movement, nature, and community are powerful teachers when we let them be.

Roam With May exists to honor both your strength and your softness - conquering the trail while cultivating the inner compass you need to navigate daily life with clarity and balance.
It’s a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect - with nature, with meaningful conversation, and with yourself.

My story
From burnout to embodiment
For years, I lived in a cycle of burnout — meeting expectations, staying productive, and ignoring my own well-being. I was capable and busy, yet deeply disconnected, until repeated injuries and exhaustion forced me to pause.
That moment became a turning point. I stopped chasing quick fixes and began listening — learning what actually helped me feel steady, resilient, and at home in my body. Time in nature, intentional movement, and meaningful connection became the foundation.
Roam with May grew from that lived experience. Today, I create grounded outdoor experiences that invite women to slow down, reconnect, and move with care — without pressure to push or perform.
I believe resilience isn’t built by doing more, but by listening, integrating, and moving intentionally.
My Approach
My work sits at the intersection of movement, nature, and care. I bring together years of hands-on bodywork, yoga, and mindfulness training, and lived experience as a solo adventurer.

- Former NYS Licensed Massage Therapist (1000hr)
- Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)
- Yin Yoga Training (20hr)
- Mindfulness Training (20hr)
- Wilderness First Aid (WFA) Certified

- Basic Alpine Climbing Student (The Seattle Mountaineers)

A sisterhood was born
That journey showed me what was missing. Too many women either adventure alone or join large group trips that never leave room for real connection. Roam With May was born to create an inclusive sisterhood where high-achieving women can slow down, put themselves first, and experience adventure with intention. We come together to explore, to reconnect, and to support one another — balancing the exhilaration of the trail with the grounding peace of the mat
